Helping Every Animal Receive Treatment (H.E.A.R.T. SW) is offering financial assistance for pet owners in need of emergency veterinary care for their pets. Please fill out the application completely, not doing this will delay processing of your application. Once you have submitted the application you will receive an email confirmation, this email will have further instructions on providing additional information needed to complete your application. If you do not receive this email please check your spam/junk folder and make sure your application was submitted correctly.

Applications are prioritized by medical urgency, if your pet is currently at an emergency hospital and you have responded to the confirmation email, please call our message line and leave a message 520.339.6749. We will return your call as soon as possible.

We only return calls during business hours Monday thru Saturday 7am – 10pm. We are closed on Sundays.

At this time we do not offer assistance for routine vaccines or spay/neuter procedures (unless it is a medical emergency).  Please see our resource page for a list of low cost clinics.
